My Freedom: part nine

Today's Blog prompt: "The things that inspire us are often linked to what we label as quirks in our personalities: things we like that others seem to dismiss. What quirk could you share with your blog readers to see if they really dismiss this or if it's something you have in common?"

See! this is assuming that I have quirks. There's nothing quirky about me, oh no. Quite the most un-quirky person on the face of this earth, that's me. Perfectly normal and ordinary, nothing unusual or quirky. It's the rest of the world that's out of step, not me.

I can hear the raucous laughter echoing around the land as I speak. but it is true. Everything I do and say is perfectly normal to me. I know it isn't normal to others when I see the expression on Mr M's face and then I think "What? what did I do now?" and he gently and calmly explains that what I consider to be normal is really quite... well as he puts it if we were rich you would be considered eccentric, we're not rich so you're just odd"
What is a quirk? it has to be something you do that other people consider unusual or different or ...odd. So I don't have any quirks but other people might just see a few quirky things in my behaviour, and that's fine. They can think what they like and be as quirky as they like about it. I'll just carry on being the me I am for as long as I can and then I want to be Princess Leia please
