sorry i didnt repost after my first therapy session.....
it wasnt that bad actually - i go again next week and the therapist wants me to see a psychiatrist regarding my meds cuz my primary care simply doubled the dose.
hope i didnt worry anyone..... i have been in Nashville for 6 days for a work seminar..... i will catch up on here in the next day or so
