I was going to describe my Torts final in the classic pre-drama Colgate style, but then I decided that it was inappropriate for most of the readers of this journal. Suffice to say . . . ouch. I could elaborate, but I won't.
You know what annoys me the most, though? I have NO CONTROL over my grade, because of that damn curve! I could have nailed it, but if everyone else did too, then oops, I get a B-. By the same token, though, if everyone else sucked . . . I win. I don't WANT to wish for my friends to do badly, but I fear this system leads me inexorably to that result. Bah!
Soo . . . I finished The Horse and His Boy early this morning, and although I'll probably write more about it when I get around to the review, I simply adore the Chronicles of Narnia. Sigh. What's really cool is that the religious point of this particular book has been the theme of my week, so I feel particularly loved/special at the moment. Prince Caspian comes next, yay!
Anyway, I'm going to spend tonight RELAXING. I'm too drained to cook, so I ordered in Chinese and Japanese (same place, same menu. I love that I just call and they bring me beef and broccoli, sushi, and Diet Coke). I'm going to watch . . . something. It's down to Hana Yori Dango LA or Godannar or The Rise and Fall of ECW. I may choose HYD just to have it out of the way--but I've had the others longer, so I don't know. Sigh. Probably won't be on the computer, though.
Oh, chapter 3 of When Spring Comes is up, and I'll try to get 4 up tonight.
