It's awesome in scrambled eggs! Add some chili powder, too.
Tip: I add a bit of milk to my egg before beating it (for extra fluffiness), and I always try to stir the spices into the milk first (on top of the egg, if that makes any sense); if you try to mix them straight into the egg they end up in random glops instead of incorporated evenly.
Unless, of course, you like surprise bunches of spice in your food! :-)
