I have recently discovered the wonderful world of hot tea. Ever since starting at work with Bruce, he's made me a cup of tea every morning (well, 5-6 days out of my 6 day work week). He's made some Tetley's tea of some sort, a French Vanilla, and even just normal old Lipton tea, but for some reason it always tastes amazing when he makes it (probably all the sugar). So this past weekend I found a cheap teapot at Big Lots and have bought a couple boxes of tea and been enjoying at least a cup every night. I picked myself up some Vanilla Chai and French Vanilla. I shall have to broaden my horizons soon and try some different kinds, but for now, those two are quite tasty.
In other news, I galloped Dynaskill today for the first time. She was a handful but manageable and actually quite enjoyable to work. Walking back to the trailer after galloping I could really feel her hips sway back and forth and had to laugh. Someone once told me, "A good race horse has the face of an angel, the body of an athlete, and the walk of a hooker." Dynaskill definitely had the hooker walk. Such a great girl. Her last big race of the spring season was a steaks race and she won by 12 lengths! Can't wait to see how she does in the fall.
