(no subject)
Something has been bugging me for about 14 hours now...I wake up, take a shower, grab 'breakfast' and sit down on the couch. Tori is on her computer, presumably writing an essay. The TV is on Goosebumbs (which makes me all giddy and nostalgic). In the course of our conversation she goes, "Oh, by the way, Marci (my aunt, the one with the little 2 year old: Kira) is at the hospital in critical condition. They think she has meningitis. Kira and Uncle are in quarantine...they may try to bring Kira down on thursday so uncle can go back to work." She looks down at her computer and continues on her merry way...as if nothing out of the ordinary was being discussed.
I can't believe how casually she treated the situation...I just can't fathom...bawwwwwwwwww
Anyways, Marci woke up this afternoon and knew who people were (which is a good thing), though they're not sure if it is meningitis or not (they are sure her brain isn't bleeding, though)...if it is, they're purdy sure it's viral. They released my Uncle from quarantine (so he could go get things from the house and groceries), though I'm not sure about Kira... Though no one has any idea where she would have picked up meningitis...
In lighter news. my hair is partially pink...though now its a nice mix of blond, brown, and pink (damn needing to wash my hair every day), I love it. So nice. I had the cutest little girl looking at me from across the mall, almost yelling at her mom, "Mom! Mom! Her hair is PINK! Does my hair get to turn pink when I get older?!" She was so cute. Her poor mum was so bewildered at what to tell her.
Classes suck. The two of the clubs I'm in are polar opposites. One is awesome. One, not so much. Infuriating in that manner...as I feel that the horrid one could really be something if an overbearing she-beast with a superior case of perfectional anal retentive bitchy my-way-or-the-highway attitude wasn't in charge....
There was something else...lots of elses that I wanted to talk about, but frankly...I'm not sure what they were...
