Housekeeping, of sorts.

On Grades/Class:
So, Physics today was so-so. My test grade could go either way, good, or bad. And I hope more towards the good side. Because I have approximatly an A-/B+ in history, a B in math, an A- in English and a possible B in French, and I need the good grade to raise my C+ to a B- at the very least to keep my driving privilages and Honor Roll. With the end of the quarter coming up this Friday, and only one more French test (mostly fill in the blank with word banks... thank you Mme Crepin! And only one section where I actually have to compose sentences.), the history broadsheet, and one vocabulary test in English (Which I will get an A on. I have to. Just to prove to myself that I can.), it's, well, to be cliche, do or die. ^_^

On Clubs:
LitMag today was exciting. Not to mention we got doughnuts, but we started working on the theme today. It's turning out to be really interesting. We're debating about telling people about the theme ahead of time, but that may limit the submissions and the creativity of the submissions. My personal opinion is that we don't tell them, unless it's one of the really broad themes, like "the properties of water; reflection, renewal", "Twisted perspectives", or maybe even "secrets". I sorta like the secrets one, because that gives us the ability to do a PostSecrets-like submission too. So many possibilities. It excites me. And the CARA bake sale went well. We raised over $75 to help us with the expenses for the Student Diversity Leadership Conference, this year held in New Orleans. This year, it's doubtful I'll be chosen to go, because of the number of seniors in the club, but Mr Elliott really wants me to go, so I have hope. But I'm excited for the Peace Vigil this spring. It'll be really cool, especially since we have more time to prepare.

On Other Random Stuff:
So, I actually won a ticket to the Death Note 2 movie in theatres tomorrow and Thursday. That was really exciting, because when the tickets went on sale, they were sold out before I had a chance to get some. And I hadn't signed up for Confirmation yet. But I can't go because I have to go to idiotic Confirmation from 7-9. I ask, what sane person schedules a class for High School Students in the middle of the week, especially since Thursday and Friday are big testing days. Plus it's 2 hours less we have for studying and homework. I only have 1 study hall a day in order to fufill all my graduation requirements, and that's before my biggest homework classes. Its annoying, and we're not doing anything tomorrow anyway, but my dad won't let me skip since we only get to skip 3 classes before we have to repeat the course. -_-
I'm so freakishly excited for the convention in April, and my mom's letting me skip JCS Day, because after listening to the same thing for 4 years now, it gets old fast. This means that I get an extra day off, because they took away our Easter Monday, and they expect us all to be there both JCS day and Easter Monday. Mean school board.

PSAT tomorrow! This means I have no homework except math (because I finished everything else). 4 hour rehersal tomorrow too.... I think I'll get one of the Juniors to take me to Starbucks tomorrow after the PSAT for needed caffine.
