Worked out last night. All sorts of energy chemicals are blasting through my body. I feel awake and alive.

I found the REI receipt to the gloves this morning. I'm extra happy about that. I was preparing to really dig for it and to find it during my morning pre-work routine was a delightful surprise.

I may go for a run today. Awesome!
