[ After he, and Shiro had decided to meet back up later ( and let's face it they could always find one another ) Ichigo had hefted an unconscious, though injured boy found by the roadside over his shoulder, and started making a run for it. Damn, if only he could use his mask...but that wouldn't help this kid any to have to endure that sort of intense spiritual pressure, so Ichigo was making do with short bursts of shunpo. Sometimes using a rooftop or two, but the spiders were making webs up there, so sometimes he was at street level, doing his best to hack, and burn through the plagues of locusts while still moving forward. Needed to get back as fast as possible.
But it was no good, there were too many of them. So, with a grimace, and silent promise to the kid to hold on, he'd keep it short, Ichigo summoned his hollow mask into place, and this time when bloody-black hellfire roared it's way outward, it was large enough, and burning hot enough to clear a path.
Without wasting time, Ichigo kept his hollow mask in place for the extra boost, and bolted out from the alleyway onto the main road. ]
