Rapunzel made a promise to herself that she would never fall for anyone else ever again, but this place made her. It made her believe that she had fallen in love with someone and then just took him away from her. It just proved to her that her mother was right. She shouldn't open up like that again, she'll only end up getting hurt. Becoming someone's friend was another story.

Having friends stop by was nice though. Seeing them made her realize that she really did want to stay here. She wanted to see them and make them happy, and she knew if she were gone, she wouldn't be able to do that. Being here helped her discover how much she enjoyed helping people.

When she heard the knock on the door, she tried to put a smile on her face. She really wants to be happy right now, so when she opens the door with a smile, it was a warmer smile than before, a happier one. It was still forced, but had some happiness behind it.

Once the door opens, Roxas comes back to the present, putting on a smile of his own when he sees Rapunzel. He knows she's putting up a brave front, even if there is some of that usual cheer she has in it, but it's just not the same as the bright ones he's seen before. The ones that make him feel a little happy to be here in this place. He wants to see that smile again.

"Hey Rapunzel, sorry it took me so long to get here." Might have been because he wants to make the perfect deck for her or that he had to actually find this house from his own. Actually it's a mix of both.

He holds up the skateboard meant for her. "I got something for you though."

"It's alright." She was still smiling, feeling a lot better with Roxas here.

The skateboard was a surprised, and she took it from him in amazement. "This is for me? Really? You didn't have to!" The gift really brighten her mood up a lot. "Thank you so much! It's so pretty!"

She steps to the side to let Roxas into her room. Her hair is everywhere, since she really doesn't have anywhere to put it. If he accidentally steps on her hair, she won't be upset, since it's hard to avoid, but she kinda hopes he doesn't do that.

"I'm sorry about my hair." Luckily though, the bed was mainly uncovered and so was a chair, so at least Roxas would have a place to sit.

"Don't worry about it." There's a smile on his face even as he glances around the place. She really does have a lot of hair.

Roxas takes care in his steps, not wanting to step on any of the golden locks of hair, which might have been tough since it really is all over the place but he manages somehow. There are two available places to sit but he doesn't sit down on either spot, having some semblance of manners. Plus, he had to see how to get to either first before actually sitting down.

He turns back to her. "I hope you like the design on your deck. It just seemed to suit you when I thought about it."

Somehow, he can imagine Rapunzel running around in a field of flowers.
