Okay, so there aren't very many upsides to spending the better part of a year jumping into television sets, exploring fog-covered worlds crawling with monsters, and saving people from the darkness inside themselves, but if there was one definite positive feature to living through something like that, it was that you don't rattle easily.
So it was that when Yosuke discovered he was in this weird new world, he wasn't particularly frightened. Nor was he all that perplexed.
He was pissed off.
"I mean, seriously? Seriously?" He shouted the last word, his voice echoing across the buildings of prom. "How many times is something like this supposed to happen to a guy in his life? I mean, what the hell did I do to deserve this? I wake up in some strange place, wearing some strange mask, with my Dad's store in tow... I swear to God if a stuffed bear pops up out of nowhere I'm gonna lose it..."
Having vented himself a little, Yosuke felt a little better. He squinted his eyes, focusing on the space before him. With a bright flash a blue and gray card appeared. He sighed with relief, and let it fade away again.
"Well, I still have my persona, at least. so if anything nasty is hanging around out here, they can just bring it on."
