The mall bustled with people carrying heavy loads of shopping bags as they hurried to get their Christmas shopping done. The decorations were hung in each store, the Christmas tree being the best sight.

He could almost feel the holiday sensation coursing through his tiny body as he watched in disguised nonchalance that a ten year old could muster.

Ten year old Cho Kyuhyun was once more at the mall for the fourth time that week. The reason being that his dear beloved cousin had postponed Christmas shopping until the very last week of Christmas. He crossed his arms in thought, a scowl written on his youthful face as he scanned the crowds for signs of that pink atrocity.

Finding no pink blur, he frowned and carried on.

He had escaped the little playground that Sungmin had dumped him in, the older of the two stating that he’ll be back really soon.

It had nearly been an hour and Kyuhyun couldn’t wait any longer. He didn’t like the mini slides or kiddy toys at the playground. He wanted big kid games; he wanted the New Super Mario Brothers Wii game that just came out recently.

He kept walking, dark brown eyes on the lookout for his pink cousin. The ten year old didn’t noticed the stares that he was receiving from the shoppers. It could be the fact that he was a ten year old wandering around the large crowded mall or the fact that he was dressed in a hideous shade of pink all thanks to Sungmin.

Having given up on finding his cousin, he wandered off to look at the stores. The toy store didn’t interest him any bit with the new edition legos and holiday special Barbie dolls. He wrinkled his nose in disgust at the memory of last year’s Christmas when Sungmin had purchased him a Barbie doll as a present.

The doll was never quite the same with the severed head and mangled body.

He went over to the next store, disturbed by the pinkness of it all.

“Maybe he’s in here.”

Ignoring the pink nightmare that was in it, he walked in. He didn’t know why the store was called Victoria’s Secret; it was no secret that everybody wore underwear. Taking himself further into the pink maze, he waltzed over to a stand of colorful underwear on sale.

Scrunching his eyebrows in confusion, he frowned and pinked up the tiny pink lacy cloth. “How can this be underwear?” The ten year old murmured as he stretched the thin fabric. It couldn’t be underwear; it was practically a piece of cloth with a string attached around it!

Snorting softly to himself, he tossed the thing aside and trekked over to the other stand. The idea of finding Sungmin was soon long forgotten. This whole Victoria’s Secret was much more interesting. Kyuhyun really wanted to know what this Victoria’s Secret was!

Walking towards the drawers containing underwear and bras, he plucked a black pushup bra from the bottom drawer. The lady next to him blinked as she stared down at the child with the bra. A bra in her hand as she raised an eyebrow at Kyuhyun.

“Are you waiting for someone, kid?” Her thick red lips curled in disproval as she gave him a look.

He stopped his observation on said object at hand and brought his eyes to the lady towering over him. “Just looking…And don’t you think that’s kinda too big for you?”

Kyuhyun smiled innocently as he watched the lady flush in embarrassment before storming off in anger. He snickered softly and groped the swishy bra in his hands.

It was about half an hour later when he found the game store. He stared in awe at the games stacked on the shelf. There were games everywhere from playstation 3 to the Wii games. He crossed his fingers, hoping this year that Sungmin would buy him that Wii just like he promised. As good as his Nintendo DS was, it wasn’t enough for the young game addict.

A bump to his small body broke him out of his fantasies. Curling his lips into a frown, he glared at the offending stranger. “Watch it!”

The older looking boy blinked, scratching his head thoughtfully as he stared at the pint sized kid. “Oh, I’m sorry kid. I wasn’t looking.” He smiled, causing two dimples to form.

“Siwon! You’re so clumsy.” A distant voice broke the older boy’s gaze from Kyuhyun. He smiled as he watched his friend walk over. Blushing gently, he took the game that was handed to him. “Sorry Geng. I am rather clumsy.”

The new teen dubbed Geng rolled his eyes before averting his gaze to Kyuhyun. “Hey, are you okay?” A smile on his gentle features as he crouched down to the boy’s height, much to Kyuhyun’s annoyance; he wasn’t that little.

He couldn’t help but blush at the older teen’s voice. Kyuhyun felt strangely giddy for some reason. He shook his head silently, not trusting his ten year old self to speak. Pointing a finger at Siwon, he glared daggers at him. “It hurts.”

That was a lie and Kyuhyun knew lying during Christmas time wasn’t a good thing, but he didn’t care. There was a living beauty just right in front of his eyes and he didn’t want to go away just yet! He stared in awe at the older teen, taking in the sight of that tan skin and gentle looking eyes. Geng was like a princess in his opinion, Peach the Princess from the Mario games.

He scowled gently and swept his gaze over to the other boy. And there was Bowser trying to take his Peach Princess away from him!

“I didn’t mean it. Are you lost, kid? We could help you look for your mommy or daddy.” The boy asked as he cast his dimpled smile on Kyuhyun once more.

He shook his head and crossed his arms. “Don’t want to. Can’t find him anyways, can I stay with you guys for awhile? Please?” Mustering his best puppy dog expression, he cast it on Geng, lips quivering and eyes drooping in feigned sadness.

The Chinese teen smiled and nodded. “Of course, we were just about done with shopping too.” He gently took the boy’s hand and led him out of the store. “C’mon, we’ll wait outside while Siwon pays for the game. What’s your name anyways?”

“Kyuhyun, Cho Kyuhyun.” The shorter boy stated happily as he took the offer hand, reveling at the warmth of it.

“Well, Kyuhyun! I’m Geng and the idiot who bumped into you is Siwon. It’s nice to meet you.” He chuckled softly, making the ten year old blush gently.

Walking with Geng was an enjoyment for the ten year old. Kyuhyun never really liked walking around the mall, but he didn’t quite mind it as much. Even without his Nintendo DS that was forgotten at home was long lost in his mind as he clutched the older boy’s hand, swinging it gently every once in awhile.

He couldn’t help but smile widely, even if Siwon was holding the other hand.

The ten year old had remarked that the dimpled boy had sweaty hands, but that didn’t push Siwon away much to his annoyance.

“Your hands are a little cold. We should get something to warm you up.” Geng smiled softly as he looked at the younger.

It was Siwon who had to wait in line while Geng and Kyuhyun were seated on the cozy armchair. Kyuhyun didn’t mind at all as he buried his face in Geng’s chest. He was currently seated on the man’s lap, hands grasping the boy’s flimsy shirt as he snuggled against the older male’s chest.

He was ten and was too old for this, but he didn’t care. Geng didn’t seem to mind anyways. “I’m cold.” The young boy murmured softly as he looked up at Geng with a small pout on his young features. At this age, he was nothing but a cute boy with a sneaky attitude. Not yet cursed by acne or puberty in general, it was best for him to use as much of his cuteness as much as he could.

“Is this better?” The Chinese male wrapped his arms around the young frame, smiling gently at him. The ten year old noticed how the corner of the man’s eyes would crinkle when he smiled. He nodded and smiled, planting his face to the chest once more.

“Geng, I’m jealous. How come you won’t let me do that?” Siwon chuckled as he sat down, planting Geng’s hot vanilla latte along with Kyuhyun’s hot chocolate on the coffee table.

The older man chuckled softly and raised an eyebrow. “You’re simply too old and big.”

Kyuhyun took his face out of Geng’s chest and shot Siwon a dirty look that went unnoticed.

He leaned forward and reached the hot chocolate, taking it with both hands. Sighing contently, he held the drink with both of his hands, sipping slowly as he rested his head against Geng’s chest.

He bit his lip as his eyes searched frantically for any signs of the snarky little boy. Sungmin cursed under his breath, bringing a hand to his hair. He had dropped one little boy off at the playground, promising him that he would be back soon.

There was no little boy dressed in pink in sight.

A silent cry escaped his breath as he whipped around; just hoping that Kyuhyun would be there somewhere.

It had taken Sungmin two hours to find Kyuhyun, only to have the boy in safe, capable hands.

“You are not getting your game this Christmas.” He hissed out in anger as he grabbed the boy’s wrist after they had both waved goodbye to their friends.

“I don’t want the game anymore.”

He stopped in the midst of his walking and looked down at the younger, disbelief written across his features.

The said boy smiled mysteriously.

He knew what he would be wishing for Christmas.
