Yes, I’m afraid this is another ‘bah’ entry (EDIT: For the first half, anyway).  By all rights it shouldn’t be - I finished reading Aquatic yesterday, re-read at least half of it, my brain is starting to do the shiny cross-referencing thing, and I can remember a few authors/papers (no dates, but I decided not to bother).
