Sunday Morning Ramblings
Good Afternoon Everyone! So its only a few minutes away before the biggest game on the soccer stage and the neighbours are getting restless!!! As I have posted before I live in an Italian neighbourhood. They are pacing the street with beers in hand waving flags wearing the Jerseys and cursing Totti already and the match hasnt started..My roomate just saw a few cars with flags and stated "The Boys are out on patrol, We are now in Mafia Country!!" Do I dare shave a little twirly moustache and wave the flag of the French? Hehehe Randy, Do you hear that? Thats the sounds of a shitstorm.(Anyone getting that reference will impress me.) But no I wont do that but I figure if the Azzurri win then I can get to them while they are drunk and happy and share int he pasta and food they will no doubt have prepared. So I will secretly cheer for Italy but that means no sleep tonight because there are a lot of Italians in the Greater Toronto Area and they will be honking horns till 3 in the morning and screaming out their windows...
----Roger Federer is quite possibly the most dominant and best athlete of our time..He is very underated for what hes accomplished thus far.
----The Toronto Blue Jays will be be competing for a Wild Card by next year and many years to come after that. They have a lot of talented, young players locked up cheap, they are a few pitchers away still, but money to spend in the off-season. The best thing of all is that they are an exciting team to watch.
----The Toronto Maple Leafs still suck. Defence is good but whos gonna score? Sundin cant do it all by himself...Again....
----Do you really care will Waldo is?
----The next Spiderman looks amazing!!! Im very excited about the alien suit story and can't wait for Venom and Carnage. Even Topher Grace looks good as Sandman..
