BEST SATURDAY EVER
Many of you know that when I went to order my PERFECT wedding dress that I found it was discontinued and could not be found anywhere and that the sample at the store was too small. I decided I was going to get my prefect dress made.
The lady who was going to make it said it would be no problem...that was at Christmas, and I haven't heard from her since.Come to find out she thought my wedding was in August! So I decided I was going to forget about her and go with the lady who made my prom dress, Nancy Carter. Nancy said the dress could be made but that it would take over a year to do the beading on the dress!!! BUT she then told me that the sample dresses usually have about 4 inches inside the lining of the dress that can be let out! WHICH WOULD MAKE IT FIT ME!
I still was not feeling good about it because I tried the dress on before Christmas and was not feeling hopeful that they would still have it. So this morning I called.
Me: "I was wondering what you guys did with your samples of dresses that have been discontuined?"
Man: "We usually sell them on sale."
Me: "OK, because I tried on a dress before Christmas, but when I called a few days later it was not available.
Man: "Oh the Justin Brandon T641
Me, almost in tears because that was my dress: "uh huh!!"
Man: "Yup, it's still here! I remember you! I'll put your name on it and you can come try it on when you can get to Moncton!"
Me, blubbering with tears, excitement, joy, and shock: "wow, I think I love you."
AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I cannot even explain my feelings right now. Honestly, i'm so excited!!! I cried for 1/2 hour! I'm excited, and relieved. This is the most perfect dress ever! YYAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!! Mom and I are going to get it on FRIDAY!!! yyyyaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
