Holiday in Review: Frostbeaver-Maas
For those wondering, I have it on good Authority, that Frostbeaver-Maas is a heretical holiday in wich Canadians worship their Dark Beaver Gods.
In any case, it was a pretty chill holiday, in which I gave my lil bro (now 25 I think) a big round, metal shield, ala Captain America. This led to said brother, contemplating the ballistic properties of the discus. After almost launching it through the living room, I can only begin to wonder a few things.
Firstly, will the dog, TV or my older brother, survive the holidays. That younger brother of mine at some point is going to launch that thing through the house at one of those or perhaps all 3 targets, ala ricochet,while yelling "hold there, citizen", or "when Captain America throws his mighty shield. . ."
Secondly, I wonder, as a result of the previous musing, If my Moms is going to kill me for giving him that damn thing.
I'd say over all it's a good holiday.
