Can't blame the bio-rhythms for this.

Tuesday morning, I slipped on ice going into work and scraped my left knee.  Also broke the few dishes I was taking in for the breakroom.  (Silverware survived, tho.)   I stayed and worked the whole day, tho I had a few times of achiness. Duh.  I didn't have all the ingredients for what I wanted to fix for dinner, so I ordered Pizza Hut pasta online.  Not bad, but the marinara pasta needed the extra sauce I ordered.  Off to bed.
Wednesday morning, I roll onto my back and my right leg does not want to straighten out all the way.  I get out of bed and limp to the bathroom.  Walking seems to help my leg loosen up a bit, but not much.  Get dressed, eat cereal as I read a bit of email and watch "FrightNight."  Decent movie, some cool effects, and David Tennant is fun to watch.  (He'll always be Doctor Who, tho.)
Rasple and I went to Kokoro for lunch.  Then I dropped him off at Dark Matter for his Pokemon league.  I went to King Soopers, got the few things I needed, got home and started dinner.  The bracket that holds the grating disc in the food processor broke, so I hand grate the cheese, and grate a bit of my right thumb, too.  I got the rellenos in the oven without any more trouble.  I started the green chili and splashed hot oil onto my right wrist, then watched blisters grow as I finished getting the rest of the ingredients in the pot.  Finally, sit for a bit and bandage my arm.
The rellenos were pretty good (made with real roasted chilis), topped with sour cream and grape tomatoes, with refried beans & cheese on the side, and a Tawny Owl beer to drink.  I haven't tasted the green chili yet, but it's smelled good. It's made with the same kind of chilis.
My right leg still protests when I stand up. The tendons in the back of the knee seem to be the problem.  I'm going to rub some Blue Emu on my legs tonight, take a couple ibuprofen and hope tomorrow (er, today) the legs will be better, as I work in the afternoon.  If I can keep moving, I think I'll be okay.
