Inner Thighs: 50 lbs.
Prone Leg Curl: 50 lbs.
-Shoulders: 3x15
1 Arm side Laterals: 10 lbs.

Need to Research the diffrence between back and shoulder work outs.
Tomorrow is Chest and Triceps. Also fatigue is getting pretty bad toward the end of the work out. Might need to extend my cool down. Maybe add my trip to the smoothie shop as the break in the middile.
