Seeker Trine, cleaned up and colored.

Jul 18, 2009 16:23

So awhile ago I posted a sketch of Starscream's trine, engaged in the prelude to a three-way interface. And I promised to see about painting it.

Well, I haven't painted it, but I have figured out how to clean it up and color it on the computer so that it looks halfway decent (and you can tell where one Seeker ends and another begins).

Sorry for the sucky background; also, I'm vaguely tempted to slap whichever G1 artist is responsible for the red stripe on Thundercracker's wings . . . I hate that color combination. But, it's done, it's up, and arting on the computer is no longer such a frustrating endeavor that I put off doing it, which bodes well for there being more art soon.

Also: the LiveTrace feature on Adobe Illustrater is the MOST AWESOME THING EVER. No more jagged sketch lines!
