Looks like I found somebody to sublet from me this summer. I recently posted an ad on Craigslist offering my apartment, fully furnished and all-inclusive, for $450. I think it's a really good deal considering rent is $560, bills are maybe $125-$150, and all the furniture is staying. It's also a good deal for me because it helps defray rent costs ( Read more... )
