Vacation Posty - Day 4 - The day of blah
Yesterday was a farely mind-numbing "blah" kinda day till the end. The day started with sitting downstairs for several hours (I should have just slept in like normal instead of coming down earlier lol), then sitting upstairs for several hours watching Leif and then James play a GC Star Wars game *snore* then about 6 of the family & me went downstairs to watch...yep, you guessed the movie...Star Wars LOL X_X Man people down here sure love SW; I think I'm all SW'd out for this vacation LOL XD
Some (although unfortunately short-lived) fun breaks in the dullness included a pillow fight and play wrestling with the hands. These are the kinda things I enjoy most; contact stuff. I like being in contact with people. It's very much a family environment here which is great because I'm close with my family too so it feels like home, I just wish I could be a part of it all. I suppose it's probably too much to think/hope that anyone here is going to play tackle or hug me like they do everyone else, it's just that I'm so comfortable around these people that I forget they probably don't feel the same way about me ^^; *shrug* Maybe I can get a proper hug from Jameu before I leave, since I haven't been given one yet.....
Had dinner, and that stupid lunch-time reflex I was having at work where I couldn't get stuff to stay down even though I was hungry started happening. Don't know why because the food was good. I'm hoping no one took notice because I was silently gagging right at the table and nearly threw-up on several occasions. Afterwards I sat in the livingroom and talked muchly with Evan and Tammy. Very nice people, I enjoy their company emmensly. Evan is about the only one here who has ventured being playful with me; he on two occations last night grabbed me and tried to tickle my sides, but forgot I wasn't ticklish. My goodess, EVERYONE in the family is ticklish! It's SO CUTE! XDDDDD I was probably the only non-ticklish person in the entire household last night LOL I told Evan my one weakspot where I am occasionally ticklish just so it would be a little more even, though he never did try to tickle me there ^_^
Later E&T went home and the rest of us watched Super Size Me. Very interesting movie. Thankfully I never ate much McDonalds to begin with; there are several fast food places I like better (Taco Bell, KFC, A&W, Subway; to name a few) and as it is I only eat fast food a couple of times a month. The biggest impact the movie had on me was with the damn fries! LOL They shoved one of each McD burger in a jar, as well as a jar of fries, to see what would happen to then in time as they decompossed. At 8 weeks I think it was everything had 3-4 various sorts of mold and fungi growing on it, but the fries looked as new as the day he bought them! O_____O!!! Even bacteria wouldn't touch the fries XD
Asked Jameu if he wanted to go to bed, he said yes, so I left the downstairs place so he could crash and I retreated upstairs. I felt like utter shit (worst migrane imaginable; I can NOT stay cooped up in this house all day, his parents smoke A LOT and it really gets to me, not to mention the heat) so I hoped that if I relaxed for a while it would start to go away. Went on the comp to check email and stuff, and accidently opened MSN. Before I could close it Ian had messaged me, so I told him strait up it was me and not James, and so the two of us chatted. Was good, though eventually cut as "this account has been logged into on another computer" kept coming up so I assumed that Jameu was using the downstairs comp so I got off and went to bed.
Hopefully we'll get out of the house today and actually do at least one of the things James promised we'd do while I'm down here (POTO movie, Just Desserts, & lazer tag). If he doesn't mention anything, I'm gonna ask him outright if we can go out.
