I just completed my final homework assignment tonight. I'm so glad that I'm done with school! (Well, almost done. I have two exams on Tuesday, but exams aren't that bad.)
NOW TO CELEBRATE!
BY....
Watching anime and playing video games for the rest of the night?
Yeah, that sounds like a good plan. lol I do not know how to party.
I'm also finally starting to get excited for Christmas. I get to fly home, hang out with my friends, visit my aunt, try on my awesome Bulbasaur slippers... Not to mention that I'm curious about my Christmas gifts.
When I called my parents the other day, the conversation went something like...
Dad: By the way, a package from Japan arrived. Ask your mother about it.
Me: Sweet! That must be my Y!J package. Hey Mom, what's inside the package from Japan?
Mom: Package? What package? I don't know of any package...
Me: Dad said a package arrived from Japan.
Mom: You weren't supposed to find out about that.
So, it appears that my mother finally branched out and started buying from non-US sites. 8D I put some anime/Pokemon figures on my Christmas list, along with links to the cheapest sites that carried them, but I didn't expect my mother to actually buy any. She's fine with ebay and Amazon and US-based sites, but once she starts importing items from other countries, she gets confused easily.
I am so proud of you, mom! You are slowly becoming internet savvy.
Edit: Might work on some artwork too. I need to get caught up. Hey, people who make OCs: how in the world do you design their clothes?
I'm making a Pokemon OC for a DeviantArt contest, but I cannot figure out what kind of clothes he should wear. (Of course, it doesn't help that I've never paid attention to fashion trends. I've always worn t-shirts since they're comfortable.) I could probably make up a cute outfit for a female character if given enough time, but a male character? I have no idea what teenage boys wear.
