True but whilst it still isn't as good as a weekly or monthly, every trip after the 6th in a week is half price. If you were travelling only to work and back it works out close to a weekly.

Still balls if you travel other than that.

Isn't there meant to be a discount applied after so many trips within the same week so it's on par with a weekly paper ticket?

There's a 50% discount after 6 trips during the week I believe?

There's also the bonus that, unlike a paper ticket, if you lose it they can replace it with all remaining credit still on it.

It's not necessarily a substitute for a good monthly deal at this stage, but they have been throwing in a bit of free transport for GO card holders - like over the Easter long weekend, you didn't have to pay a cent.

I've heard they are fucked. It's mainly geared towards people who use public transport more than 5 days a week. Honestly, if you worked 7 days a week you wouldn't be riding the train!

Yeah the discount after 6 trips is good. Also, half the time you get on the bus and the driver cant figure out how to turn on a machine so I've got at least 4 free trips so far :P
