Monday: ME Lower Body
-3x5 Squat
-1x5 Rack Pull (A), alternate with 1x8 Halting DL (B)
-Single-Leg Movement
-Abs
Tuesday: ME Upper Body
-3x5, 1x10 Bench Press
-2x10 Unilateral DB Rows
