A cool breeze...

and a bench to seize. Which is what I have done to enjoy a nice sandwhich and soda before my 2:00 Principles of Microeconomics class. I thought I would do an entry as I wait and watch people walk by going on their merry way to their classes that they may or may not pass. Not glancing down to the keyboard as I don't want to miss anything funny, important, or spectacular. I don't enjoy it when I see someone I know, and I know they see me, but they just decide to ignore me instead of waving, nodding, or even giving the casual "Hey," or "Sup?" Oh well, I guess you can't expect much from some people, or so I've heard.

This feels good, I missed this feeling. Sitting outside, writing, just typing away as if you are working on something so increadibly important that you just couldn't wait to get indoors. Well, I consider my journal important to me at least, so I suppose I could say that I, in fact, am working on something spectacularly important. Importance is, as they say, dependant on the individual. Though, if you wanted to, you could apply this "depend on the individual" phrase to anything really.

I suppose a computer would help in this next class as it is so dreadfully boring that I can't imagine how I would get through it without the aid of a computer, ipod, and/or cellphone. For the class is literally an online course, with online notes, discussions, and exams. There really is no need to go to class, besides to get the lecture notes and the experience of hearing the professor speak about the material. Which is something I regard as important, only if the material is interesting to me. Otherwise, I merely just ignore the professor and go off to do something else from another class.

Which brings me to my next topic, World Lit I. The class is actually becoming less of a bore now that we have started discussions. I'm still not looking forward to writing the essays, but I do enjoy the actual class time. Which always helps as it is the one class I need to get perfect attendance in. I do, however, have a problem with my classmates, who could only be described as morons. Each comment goes soemthing like this, "Uhm...well..I guess...it sounds kinda like Genisis maybe, or the Bible? Cause [something in Gilgamesh] mirrors [something in Genisis]." *facepaws* (Which I literally wrote on my notes in the middle of class...that is after drawing a stick figure blowing his stick figure brains out...which I can only imagine looks like...well...a bunch of sticks). It doesn't help that there is maybe one or two actual intellegent minds in the class and the rest of them are country hicks. I'm just glad I got one of the other intellectuals in my group. But I also got the guy who said that the reason the Ancient Greeks told Epic Poems was because they were, and I quote, "bored and sitting around campfires because they didn't have flashlights." Humor is appreciated, but at least make it witty.

Honors logic is a hell of a lot easier than I thought it would be. I don't know if it is just how I think, but I understand the material almost automatically. I guess that's a good thing as it is predicted to be my hardest class.

Woof!
