My computer rocks. Well, by "rocks" I mean won't boot Windows. I wonder if it will boot Linux... oh but that is not really part of this story. Anyways it actually does kinda rock. Cause I've been having hard drive issues for a year or so. And have a new hard drive sitting on the shelf next to me. And it won't boot at all -- the time after I finished copying all my pictures, mp3s, and docs onto Holly's computer. At least it has good timing. I was going to recheck that I had everything before taking out the old drive, but looks like I'm just gonna have to trust me. And yes, Linux does appear to boot. Whatever -- OVER IT :-) Time to go put in the new drive! Wooo for issues that result in me tripling the space I have. Not that I'll need it -- every mp3, picture, doc, etc that I bothered to copy to Holly's comp is 2.17 GB, and I know it has stuff I don't need in there. So these 60 GB should last me a while.
