I've written over 5000 words for my WIP,
Clark Kent, For the Defense , and the best I can tell, in the story, its only about 48-72 hours after the opening line. I haven't introduced all of the characters; I haven't given any clues as to who killed Genevieve; how it was done; how the suspect ended up the suspect; whether the suspect is really guilty; who else might have done it; how Lex and Clark are possibly going to get back together; what the stones mean to Clark; what , if any, super-role Clark has; or even revealed any of the forensic evidence.
This doesn't look like a short story.
I don't usually write long, involved, complicated stories. This could already be a disaster in the making, but I have to get the details out of the way and I may get the story flowing again.
