I'm baking cookie bars

I've modified yet another recipe to fit the wheat-free life. The old "Hello Dollies" Cookie Bars have been updated to replace the graham cracker crust with a blend of almond flour and rice flour.

Nestle also has swirled chocolate chips this year. I'm using the milk chocolate and caramel ones for a sort of turtle cookie bar.
