After my birthday I got a head-cold, which I valiantly ignored until Friday morning ... at which point I opted not to go into work so that I could sleep it off. I woke up Friday evening for about 5hrs for my stepfather's MMA fight (totally awesome, every minute was perfection - not just being able to see my family, but also: hot guys. omg hot guys

I slept for three days and have spent the last couple of days knitting and ignoring reality. And I'm actually starting to feel better, yay!

YAY sweater! Sweaters are beyond my skill. Well, that, and crochet is really bad for sweaters.

AND HER BRAIN TOLD HER SHE'S WORSE THAN KATHERINE. STEFAN DOESN'T LOVE HER. BONNIE HATES HER. SHE CRIES ALL THE TIME. I CAAAAAAAAAAN'T. I never thought the show would address Elena's depression in such a way.
