Division
I was talking to a little fellow today, only been going to school for 6 weeks, and had to bite my tongue to keep from laughing. I had noticed him looking a bit peeved and staring at his sandwich and I wondered what the problem might be... limp lettuce, the crusts not cut off, stale bread? Nope - it was pretty serious though. Seems his sandwich had broken into two pieces and, he told me, it would take him longer to eat because now there was more of it! Clever fellow - he knew that two was more than one!!
