Here's another post of photos from last year. As you've seen, I've been working my way through a big stack of photos; most of them are now posted, but there are few odds and ends left. Ho, mi povas mencii du venontajn eventojn kiuj allogis mian atenton.One is the 22nd Annual Sheepshearing Festival at Gore Place on Saturday, April 25th. Gore Place is a preserved Federal period estate of MA governor Christopher Gore. It's one of a few preserved estates in Waltham -- others being the Lyman estate (The Vale) and the Paine estate (Stonehurst). Anyway, a sheepshearing festival would let me work off some pseudo-homesickness for New Zealand. Also, they used to have a llama (to help herd the sheep?).Unu estas la 22-a Ĉiujara Ŝaf-tonda Festivalo ĉe Gore Place, sabaton la 25-an de aprilo. This place was right around the corner from the serviced apartment where I stayed. Apparently, crime-fighting doesn't pay, so Bubbles had to open a chain of daycare centers in India on the side. This electric car was in the parking lot of the company that I visited. It's a REVA (company website), which is made by an Indian company. I had to take some bathroom pictures for crankyotter. This particular shot was to capture the under-sink plumbing. It was very common to see sinks set up this way: instead of expensive plumbing that needs to be maintained, a floor drain (which is helpful for washing the floor anyway) is placed under the sink and the sink just opens onto the drain.Necesis ke mi fari fotojn de necesejoj por crankyotter.
