Customer Service Fail

So, we got back from a 4-day weekend away to find that our new kitchen cabinets are in and the company delivering them was VERY anxious to set a delivery time (left three messages in two business days.) It seems to me that if the delivery date is so far away, they shouldn't be so anxious to reach you. And yes. FAIL.
