Customer Service Fail

So, we got back from a 4-day weekend away to find that our new kitchen cabinets are in and the company delivering them was VERY anxious to set a delivery time (left three messages in two business days.) So anxious that they called TWICE on Tuesday to try and reach us. (Except, you know, we have jobs.) Finally, yesterday, we had our contractor call them back to schedule a delivery for next week, after the tiles have set.

Oh no, he was told. Their earliest delivery day to our town was July 13th. Of course, he was welcome to come and pick them up even though we already paid for delivery. Meanwhile, we have no kitchen sink or stove.
