(just a little late)

Books-
- "Changes" by Jim Butcher: The latest Harry Dresden Novel. A LOT of stuff happened. The next novel will have a lot of pieces to pick up.
- "Fables" graphic novels, #12 & 13: Arguably, this series could have ended with #11, and been satisfyingly complete. But it's hugely popular, so they are going on, but this new storyline is not grabbing me in the same way.
- "Dead in the Family" by Charlaine Harris: The newest Sookie Stackhouse book. This one (like the last one) meanders a bit. I think this book could have been combined with the last one and edited own to the usual length without losing anything.
- "The Graveyard Book" by Neil Gaiman: I can't believe it took me so long to read this finally. Loved it. LOVED it.

Movies-
Iron Man II: My hopes were not high for this one (though I really liked the first one.) Let's just say I wasn't disappointed.

TV-
-Doctor Who: Like any DW season, there are ups and downs, but even the downs are pretty good. Loving this season so far.
-Glee: The Joss/NPH episode was everything I'd hoped for. And the way Rachel's search for her birth mom played out was surprising and heartbreaking.
Waiting for "Burn Notice," "True Blood," and "Lie to Me" to restart in June.

Writing-
-Not much this month. My publisher promises "H:THE" will be on Amazon by the end of June. I'll keep you posted.

Other-
-Steampunk World's Fair: First year for this one and we had a wonderful time. Extremely creative and fun convention. Will definitely be back next year.
-Costumes done, and I'm very pleased.
-Ordered kitchen cabinets and counters. Bracing myself for a summer without a kitchen.
-Dad had a small stroke over Memorial Day weekend, but he appears to be recovering well.
