Ahahaha, I found and read That Fic and thought it was really good til I got to the twist and was just disgusted and stopped reading. Totally unnecessary! I wanted him to be black ops or something instead. SAD TIMES.

I still think that you should finish it, it does redeem itself I thought. And I forgot to say that it really pleases me that you liked it till the reveal, because you never before admitted to wanting to read Brad/Nate, but now I have my proof. :D

I will read ANY GK fic if it's good, though I do prefer ensemble ones so far as the camaraderie is what I miss rather than the shipiness (if fic could actually replicate their little faces I'd be all for it but what I've seen is mostly conjecture about what happened afterwards which doesn't capture what I miss about the show). So far my faves are the Ray pov ones because they make me lol. <3

Have you read lots, then? Which ones? I haven't actually read that many, but the fandom is really really good, has the highest quality of fic I have ever seen. It is also very AU-heavy, which I love, but I guess it isn't what you are looking for.
