a) Gossip Girl is back and it was such a lovely episode, though I can't be critical of it, when it always brings me joy.

-I am seriously rooting for Nate and Serena! They can be dim and shiny together. I do love the irony of Blair giving Serena advice when it comes to Nate and Dan giving Nate advice about Serena, even if the advice sucked. I wonder if that hints at a future Dan/Blair... I was a little disappointed that S actually started playing games straight away, but at least she refused creepy guy.

-Speaking of creepy guy, Jenny please look in the mirror, wash your face and go back to making terrible dresses, drugs are not the answer. He isn't even hot! And you have plenty of money.

-I want Lily and Rufus to work it out, we don't need drama in all our pairing, but I can totally understand why Rufus is tempted. Not!Lily is hot!

-I love Chuck and Blair talking and Blair being there for him and totally getting to his not dead mother's cold heart, though I am a little wary of where that plot will go. I hope it isn't dragged out and super wangsty.

b) Finally caught up on last week's Skins. Aww JJ, ilu a lot. Cook, you too. Boys, your friendship is one of my favourite things about the show.

c) Reeeeally can't wait to see Alice, in the mean time, the original Alice in Wonderland movie from 1903 is pretty awesome as is this editorial with Mia Wasikowska, wearing everything I wish I was wearing right now.

d) Still addicted to tumblr. I have this thing , where I need the whole page to fit together, so I always post a few things at once, but I haven't since yesterday as it looks so perfect right now. (if you haven't already, let me know who you are, so I can stalk you!)

e) Since I enjoyed posting pictures of me dressing up under the guise of the photo meme, I thought that it'd be nice to illustrate my rl update as well (it's not like anyone reads these anyway).

Thursday

-Black Tie dinner at Middle Temple, because one of my friends is going to be a barrister, and in order to graduate needs to attend a minimum of ten such dinners (yeah, I couldn't believe it either, they are not cheap at all)
-It was exactly like an Oxford formal hall, but with more wine, law lords and grace was in English(!)
-Going on the train with a cocktail dress is NOT fun.
-Running to catch a bus in order to get to the train station in heels: even less fun.

Friday

-Drive my gran to the train station, followed by gym, job centre, lunch and back to London.
-Helped friend get a cute dress to wear on her birthday, found the prettiest little shop in Covent Garden (note to self: thank god, hadn't found this a year ago, would have gone bankrupt by now)
-Went for cupcakes at the Primrose Bakery (which I finally found, so pretty) with a vegan friend, felt a little bad for her, so much temptation.
-Super tired from walking, changed outfit three times and ordered in really good pizza with some friends, who all agreed that I should become a tights designer. Um.
-go to a joint birthday house party extravaganza (almost freeze to death on way there) too tired to even drink (WHAT?) leave early (at two) SLEEP (finally)

Saturday

-Slept in. :)
-Went birthday present shopping and found an awesome red linen vintage Ralph Lauren blazer for £7.50, as well as a Zara sequin (yeah, yeah, I have a problem) skirt for £3.50 in a charity shop in Clapham (for me! also found awesome present)
-Watched Fame (the original, do not speak to me of remakes)
-Got off the train at Waterloo, only for my glasses to fall of my face and in the gap between the train (not tube, train!) and the platform!! Found out the meaning of blind panic in a very literal manner. After much horror and extremely unhelpful people retrieved unbroken(!) glasses.
-Birthday party at a lovely bar in London bridge, dodged questions regarding my employment status from annoying bankers and had fun.
-Managed to get a ride back to Milton Keynes (good times)

Sunday
-cleaned my room
-went for a walk in the park with a friend, to take pics of an outfit(it was her idea!), only for her camera not to work and for the wind to be horribly cold.
-caught up on flist of doom.
-Oscars!

Monday

-Applied for a job I've got no chance of getting.
-International Women's Day has always been celebrated in Bulgaria (a bit like mother's day) and so my dad cooked a lovely dinner and I made a cake!

Okay. no way anyone got down to here, so am gonna stop now. Today was boring anyway.
