Post-Claiming
Well, we made it through claims --and, good lord, you guys were fast! Now that claims are done and groups have been made, everyone who claimed a piece, and everyone who had a piece to pick from, should have gotten an email from us connecting artists with their writers and vice versa.
Your grouping in the email should look something like this:
Group #__
Artist: Name (LJ Handle) | email address
Writer: Name (LJ Handle) | email address
Writer: Name (LJ Handle) | email address
Please remember that, just because a piece has two claims and, by extension, two writers, this does not mean the writers are supposed to collaborate. We would have said something, after all! Collabs were decided between writers upon signing up and, if there is an instance of collaboration, it's noted in your grouping information email.
Have fun and, artists, please remember to let your writers see/know about any pieces you're working on that didn't make it into your claims entry so that they may include it in the story, as well as further discuss any of the WIPs that did make it in if you fell they need further explaining.
