I'm kind of more worried about Blaine than Kurt, to be honest. Blaine was so devastated in DWS and we know that he is going to be upset about being separated from Kurt by distance to the point that he will go on this mini-rampage that Darren is talking about even before the breakup. If the separation becomes permanent, I'm not sure if Blaine can handle it. We're being told that Sam will be his good friend now, so maybe Sam will keep an eye out for him, but this interaction with the Warblers has me concerned about where they might go with Blaine after a breakup.
I don't know if Blaine will judge Kurt for switching to fashion. Of course it's possible because the writing switches back and forth constantly, but Blaine was the one who pointed out that Kurt doesn't need NYADA to go to NY and he loves Vogue almost as much as Kurt (that was one of the things they bonded about early on). Surely Blaine would appreciate what a big deal this opportunity is and that it's Kurt's decision which field he wants to go into. Personally, I think that it's more likely that Kurt's new job will interfere in some way with maintaining their relationship - whether it's small chips in the foundation like missing skype dates, not being there when Blaine has good or bad news about the election, maybe he promises to help Blaine with his campaign and then blows it off, maybe he promises to come home for some big event and then doesn't keep his word because 'work' and Blaine feels that he's not important to him anymore, whatever, and Blaine is feeling like Kurt is slipping away like he was always afraid of and comes to NY to try to reconnect in episode four and it crashes and burns.
Seeing that we got in the same day news about the Warblers coming back (in episode 7) and Ian Brennan saying they just finished the script for the school musical episode (Grease), what if Blaine asks some of the Warblers to help as extra T-birds? Can you imagine Grease Lightning in a cappella?
At this point I'm confused about what is the order of 5,6,7 (I thought that 5&6 would be sectionals+thanksgiving but apparently 7 will be the one about Thanksgiving) BUT I think I saw somewhere a charity musical being mentioned? If it is a charity musical then they can use this as an excuse to cast people from other schools (or who have already graduated) in it. This way they could put together the ND, the graduated students and the warblers.

Well, TV Guide said Marley and Jake for Sandy and Danny, but I think (hope) they were just guessing. Then again, I really wouldn't be surprised...
