Kurt and Rachel: Roomies!
What are two besties to do in the city? Have fun, of course! But first thing’s first: They have to put down some roots - because it’s a safe bet that Kurt would never share a dorm with Rachel and her slutty roommate. “They’re struggling a little bit,” Chris Colfer says of the pair’s living situation. “They can’t get their Manhattan apartment, so they have to go to Bushwick, and get an apartment there because it’s cheaper. But their apartment is pretty nice, I have to say. For two broke kids, it turned out pretty nice.” Kurt won’t be too broke for long, though. He quickly scores an internship at Vogue, working under Sarah Jessica Parker’s Isabelle Wright. “She is an office mentor to him, and they end up mentoring each other. It’s a really cute relationship.”
Kurt and Blaine: Dun-zo?
For the love of Klaine…While it was incredibly touching for Blaine to encourage his man to spread his wings and head to the big city, it will certainly throw a wrench in their plans to live happily ever after. But not right away. “[They're still together] for the first couple episodes,” Colfer says. “But, yeah, there is some development in that area.” Yes, that doesn’t sound like good news to us either. So, we had to ask, does this mean there’s a new person in someone’s life? “I don’t know about a new one,” he says, “but we’ll see what happens with them.”

'Glee' premiere - Darren Criss and Lea Michele on Klaine fallout and Kurt's move
Klaine fans, do you need a tissue? The "Glee" Season 4 premiere reunited partners in crime Rachel (Lea Michele) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) in their beloved New York City, but unfortunately that came at the expense of separating Kurt and his boo Blaine (Darren Criss). It's going to be tough going for the fan favorite couple, but Criss tells Zap2it that it's not all bad news.
"It's tough for anybody when you're in a relationship with somebody that's founded upon being in the same place," he tells Zap2it at the "Glee" Season 4 premiere party. "Once that changes, it gets very difficult because the foundation on which your relationship is built is now shifted. It's tough for both parties; it's tough for Blaine."
On a more positive note, Criss says that "Kurt's absence makes Blaine a little more ambitious with his time and what he wants to do at McKinley. ... He does some interesting things, where he starts running for student body president, joins a bunch of clubs. He just goes a little power hungry. Blaine's a little more maniacal than he was the past couple of seasons. He used to be this charismatic guy, but now he's kind of gone off the deep end because Kurt's gone."
Even more positive is the fact that Kurt and Rachel together in the Big Apple is a match made in heaven. Michele tells Zap2it that the two roomies are getting along fantastically. "I love, love, love living with Kurt. I love our apartment. It's so cool. I love working with Chris, I wouldn't have it any other way. Now we just need to find a way to get Naya [Rivera] to come and live with us as well, and have Santana live in New York." [...]

5. Is Blaine off the market? Things may get bumpy for Klaine now that Kurt (Chris Colfer) is in New York, but Darren Criss is confident about their long-term future. "I think we've set up the fact that they are the couple that people like, so we have our Ross and Rachel," he says. "Regardless of if they are together or not for the rest of the season, it's going to be that exciting [relationship] that you always want to happen, so to me that's like a victory." If the two go their separate ways, however, Criss sounded none too keen on the idea of a new love interest. "Ew, I hope not," he says. "He better be really cute."
