Permissions Post
Seeing as Ulti's a villain, she's going to have all those nifty powers that she can use and will not ask your permission for. However, seeing as she's still playing against others, I need permission for this to not be a godmodder. So, this page is to outline those powers of hers that will affect others, as well as to gather yeses and nos from you lovely players as to how much you're willing to let her do to your characters.
Please keep in mind, though, that she won't be running around trying to take over absolutely every person out in Gaia - not only do I not have the mental power to juggle that much, but she doesn't have the pure power to support it. There will likely be only one or two characters affected by her at a time, if that many at all. (No, Seifer doesn't count there XD)

- Full Possession: This will likely happen infrequently to never, but just to cover my ass it's being listed first. She does have the ability to take over another's mind completely: think Rinoa or Edea. However, at home she was restricted to invading in a way that would put her subject into a coma (an obvious giveaway to SeeD) or to having a person actually accept her in. In Gaia, she's now restricted to the latter, per agreement of the next item on the list.
- Mental Manipulation: Seifer has the highest form of this, but she is still able to exert her will and influence on others around her. The key here is that she can no longer do this without your character's IC permission to let her in first. She has to be accepted in limited fashion before she can possess, though she obviously won't be asking permission to possess, and must have a stable foothold in a mind as well. This pared-down version leads more towards influence and trying to bend others to her will.
- Mental Pain: IC permission will not be asked for this, but I'm asking for OOC permission. Ulti might try to enter a character's mind against their will - it's up to you whether she succeeds or not, but if she fails it's likely they'll get a sharp mental pain through their skull. It will be brief, though, and fade after only a moment or two, so the most likely thing to come from that is breaking their concentration momentarily. Those with very strong minds should be able to resist it entirely, but not everyone has a very strong mind.
