Weight Loss Update

Today's Weight: 150 pounds, Holy Crap! I lost 5 pounds in a week. How'd that happen???

Bust: 37"
Waist: 30"
Hips: 41" *New, haven't been checking this regularly.

My waist to hip ratio is 0.73, and this means I have the lowest risk of heart disease and diabetes. But I am a pear. I wanted not to be a pear, but I think I have no choice.

I know 5 pounds in a week is a bit much to be considered "healthy weight loss", but honestly I have just been doing all the same stuff I've been doing and it just happened. **shrug** I think it's great tho! If I could lose 10 pounds a week I would love it.

Anyway, I am 10 pounds from my first goal weight, and 5 pounds from being within a healthy range for BMI.
