So, restarting exercise as I should have been doing a while back.
Current pulse: ~140.
Feel like I just flew in from Albuquerque and boy are my arms tired. Sedentary jobs do not a happy Az make. But such is the way of things; if I don't take action, nothing will happen and I will continue down the path I'm on. Personally I would prefer to be in shape. So instead of doing as is recommended, when doing the 5 basic exercises (check 5BX sometime, there's a pdf floating around and it's solid exercise), I basically went on the level that I'm supposed to be capable of achieving and achieved it. Assuming I'm not flight crew of course. Chart 4 has the best exercises ever. Except chart 6 but I don't think I'm quite going to do the jumping splits.
if you'll excuse me I'm going to meander back toward my bed and pass out and hope to feel better in the morning... I can't do pushups like I used to, but at least I can still do something.
