hmm...Lovely anniversary. Well, not really.
Honestly, I didn't even notice the passage of time. I had no idea that it's been a whole 5 years since 9-11 happened. With the way everyone keeps bringing it up over and over all through the year, I had forgotten that it hadn't happened a year or two ago.
Knowing this, let's get this one very important fact about me straight: I couldn't care less about 9-11. I'm sick of everyone talking about it and lamenting it. It happened. It was tragic. Horribly tragic in fact. But it happened

I see no reason to continue harping on it as if it just happened this past year. And I'm heartily sick of the movies and documentaries made of it because the producers and directors are, in fact, just playing off a tragedy and making a shit load of money (and fame) from their efforts. It's disgusting. I say we just let it Rest In Peace.
