AHHH!
I've come to the conclusion yet again that I suck at training people. It's even worse when the person I'm training likes to talk over me and doesn't give me a chance to explain everything before saying "Mhm, ok I understand". I think it's a bit funny since I have to retell them the same things that they supposedly already understood. What part of "deduction slip only get attached if you're doing a deduction. I do not want them attached for any other reason" does no one understand? Does that mean I don't want the slips attahed at all? NO!!!! It means if you're doing a deduction, then put the goddamn slip on the report!!! If not then why would you? BLAH!
What also gets me is that this person gets a little bit of an attitude when she gets frustrated. I hear her huffing and puffing all day. "*huff* goodness!" "*sigh* Ughh!" I get sick of it. I don't make any noise over in my area and I like it that way. WHY WHY WHY do you need to make noises? Do you think I'm going to ask you what's wrong? I won't. If you have a problem with something, ask me. I am willing to give you answers if you just ASK!!!!
Anyway, at least she's not as stupid as the last person we had. That was a nightmare. After she left us high and dry, we found out that she hardly knows her alphabet and didn't pay attention to what she was doing.
I want the girl I started with to be back cause I am about to off myself. At least I didn't have to worry about anything with her and if she had something to say, she'd dead out say it. BLAH!
Part time is not enough for me to train someone...
