F**K THIS COLD. I was so congested last night that I had to breath through my mouth which I hate doing because it dries my mouth out so bad which is exactly what ended up happening. I woke up four or five times last night with my mouth feeling like a desert. ||orz
I've been blowing my nose so often that my nose is red from tissue rubbing (it doesn't help that I didn't have proper tissues).
Tonight I'm taking a stand! I bought some NyQuil. >D It says it's suppose to combat all my symptoms including my stuffy nose. Hopefully it will do just that and I'll be able to get a proper night's sleep.
I also bought a gazillion Kleenex packets and some more Halls cough drops to help with the nose and throat.
I found out that we will be seeing Alice in Wonderland on Friday at 7:20 in Davie's Cinemark theater. I think we're seeing it in 3D. It is open invitation. If I'm not better by then I won't be going in costume. D: It's ridiculous to think I would be able to get away with dressing up all fancy and stuff when I feel like shit. Yes, I know I have been working on these costumes all week and stuff. It really doesn't make much difference to me. The work that I have left on mine is so minimal and the showing is much later on that if I do happen to feel good enough to go in costume, I could finish it Friday before the movie.
I say that like I can't work on it Thursday because I apparently work Thursday. orz I'm sure I could work, I just don't know if costumers would be wary of entering when I'm coughing or sneezing all over the place (granted, I always use a napkin and wash my hands after anyway). On one hand, I want to tell Jessica I'm sick just to see if she would rather I not work, but on the other hand, I don't want to come off as unreliable. ||orz
