The gym replied. They only answered two of my questions, and didn't answer either of them properly. Maybe I'm just cranky due to a lack of proper sleep lately, but I think I might look for another gym.
I e-mailed them back to ask the rest of my questions (again) and to ask for some elaboration so their existing answers were clear - they still haven't replied.
It's one of my pet hates when companies don't answer customer e-mails properly, when they've made e-mail contact just as accessible as phoning or dropping in. If you don't want to have to e-mail customers, then don't splash it across your website that it's available!
