Six things to try and accomplish this week...
1. Go to the gym (or perform exercise equivalent) three times
2. Pull out fancy and very expensive lingerie collection, try on, and share with Mr Kuriboo instead of hiding it in the cupboard and hating own body
3. Drink much, much less soft drink. And eat healthier in general. Avoid extremely hardcore diet option, instead replacing with gentle, sensible, healthy food and exercise lifestyle plan.
4. Be positive, stop self doubting, cut out the indecisiveness in general. Be more confident.
5. Get all 'little' things done. Stupid things I have been putting off doing. Be tidier, more nicely groomed, and so on.
6. Work extra hard on marriage, do not take for granted that it is healthy and happy. :)
