This entire WEEK has been a complete dieting failure. Gave up on starving myself today and embraced food, eating not only breakfast but lunch! And treated self to a can of softdrink. It's Friday, totally deserve it for not losing remaining sanity during the week.
Must find new approach to dieting. Gym 3+ times a week and just attempting to be semi-good? Damnit, how do these stick insects manage to eat so much and stay so bony! Hate, hate, hate!
Some days I quite like being a little curvier than your average twig. Maybe it's my self-confidence that needs the makeover, not my figure...
