I just read somewhere a person's realisation that they've been wasting their time dieting for the wrong reasons/motivations. Basically they have been dieting for a specific reason - to fit into that dress, for example.
Instead, they are now focusing on dieting for themselves.
I think this is really smart.
So, I will be dieting (from Tuesday) for:
1. Myself and Mr Kuriboo - as we are dieting together - our health.
2. To be all over happier. Not because thinking super stick thinness = happy, but just knowing that a certain level of confidence comes from shedding a few kilos.
LJ doesn't seem to have a "motivated" setting for mood. :(
