Before I start this diet...

OK, so, the time has come to embark on a Serious Diet (once again). Actually, I'm not fat - I'm a couple of kilo's over my "healthy weight range" - and I'd like to hit the diet hard and be on the lower end of that healthy weight range (as in, the last possible kilo before it dips into unhealthily skinny - slight exaggeration, but you know).

So, I feel the need to justify a few things before I begin:

1. I'm not fat. I'm not. I've put a little bit of weight on and I'd like to tone up at the gym. (I'm emphasising this as much for everyone else as myself. Must not think of myself as fat as know I am not fat, fat thoughts are merely self esteem playing up on me.)
2. Must be good for 1-2 months. And by "good", I mean meal replacement diet, no food, just a few vegies and cups of tea.
3. Will try not to go to the gym too much in this intense diet stage. Think I may pass out on the treadmill if I attempt it.

Now, seeing as this diet will not begin until Tuesday, onto more important and fun things. Mainly, a list of things I want to eat BEFORE the diet begins:

1. Maltesers Sundae from McDonald's
2. Vegemite and toast
3. Hot pizzas & Coke
4. Cheeseburgers. From McDonald's. Oh yes.
5. Some nice hot baked potatoes. With butter.

And am now having a mental blank and will have to return to this list later. :( Have three glorious days left of eating delicious food before punishing self with super strict diet.

food, self, diet
